About
Comwell is one of the largest hotel groups in the North, counting 17 hotels. Their digital ambition is clear: To maintain and improve the relation to the guest through their channels and high-level service. This needs a fully integrated platform and an experience based on ambience that you can truly feel.
The task
They needed an aesthetic and visually appealing site that makes the user want to visit the hotels. The solution had to emphasize the unique quality of each hotel. Furthermore, one of the ambitions was to optimize the booking flows for the hotel reservations and meetings – to ensure that users easily and intuitively could book everything from a birthday party, a board meeting, or a mini-get-away.
My work
I was an integral part in integrating bookings for meetings and parties into the key flow, and general optimization and implementation of more blocks for editors to choose from. I was a part of the conceptualization, research, wireframes, UI and presenting, followed by partnering up with the developers to create it.
